Today Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON-Bangalore launched Krishna-ashraya: A cell preaching program in Bangalore. The aim of this program will be to preach Krishna consciousness in every nook and corner of this world. To begin with, the cells are formed in various parts of Bangalore now. Devotees can become parts of the cells and can expand the cell members by bringing their friends and relatives to the cell meets which will occur once in a week on a weekday except Sat and Sun. Srila Prabhupada wanted that this movement should be preached to everyone on this planet irrespective of caste and creed. This program will try to fulfill this desire of Srila Prabhupada, our beloved spiritual master.

The mission of the guru is the mission of the Supreme Personality of Godhead: to spread Krsna consciousness all over the world.

The Krsna consciousness movement is not stereotyped or stagnant. It will spread all over the world in spite of all objections by fools and rascals that European and American mlecchas cannot be accepted as brahmanas or sannyasis. Here it is indicated that this process will spread and inundate the entire world with Krsna consciousness.

With the spread of the Krsna consciousness movement, everyone will merge in an ocean of love of Krsna.

We have spread this Krsna consciousness movement throughout the world, and people are becoming happy because of it.

There are many contaminations within the heart, and the people in this age are engaged in many sinful activities -- illicit sex, meat-eating, intoxication and gambling. The whole world is revolving about these things, yet despite this we have to spread this Krsna consciousness movement. There may be many obstacles, but they can all be transcended by Krsna's mercy. We only have to be determined in our devotion. The rest will follow.

This para-upakara business, welfare activities to spread Krsna consciousness all over the world, is the most important business at the present moment. It will unite everyone politically, socially, culturally, religiously, in every way. Krsna. Krsna is the center. That's a fact. It is making progress. And if we endeavor more and more, it will make more and more progress.

Srila Prabhupada, our beloved spiritual master had an immense desire of spreading Krishna consciousness on a very massive scale. Following these desires and instructions of Srila Prabhupada, ISKCON-Bangalore has today launched another preaching program called Krishna Ashraya: A cell preaching program. To start with cells are identified in different locations in Bangalore. These cells will be assigned with the cell leaders who will facilitate the spiritual progress of the cell members. The cell will meet once in every week. Every alternative meeting will be a sankirtana meeting and a preaching meeting. Cell members can invite their friends, relatives and guests to the sankirtana meetings and thus implant a seed of Krishna consciousness. Once the cell has sufficient number of cell members, the cell will be divided into two cells, thus expanding.

A lot of spiritual training will be given to the cell-members so that they progress in spiritual life. The cell members will be monitored by the cell leader in terms of their sadhana, and the understanding of the spiritual life.

Please send me some details about how this cell program is set up.
I have had regular IRM programs in the past, which were stopped because of various reasons.
Beginning of September I intend to resume these programs and see no reason why I could not conduct them on same principles as this Krishna Ashraya program in Bangalore.
