THE HIGHER TASTE

Dream cake.

Ingredients.
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
5 teaspoons yogourt
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Icing:
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1 16 oz box of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation.
Cream butter and shortening; add sugar, beating until smooth. Add yogourt, beat well.

Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans.

Pour into 3 greased 9 inch cake pans.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.

Icing:
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Blend in sugar gradually; stir in vanilla.

Spread frosting between layers, over top and around sides of cake.

Sprinkle pecans on top of cake.
