Nectarine cake.
Ingredients.
20 g butter
20 g sugar
8 g vanilla
8 teaspoons yogourt
100 g almond, finely ground
200 g flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
500 g nectarine
Preparation.
Peal nectarine, and cut into small cubes.
Stir butter with sugar, add yogourt, almond, flour and baking soda.
Beat with a pinch of salt and vanilla and add to the yogourt mixture.
Butter and flour a baking form and add pastry.
Add fruit on top.
Preheat oven to 180 °C and bake it for 30 minutes.
