THE HIGHER TASTE

Vegetable cake.

Ingredients.
1 cup carrots chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup milk
1 cup raisins
3 teaspoons yogourt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 cups all purpose flour

Preparation.
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with baking spray set aside carrots with , tomato paste, and milk in blender or food processor until smooth.

Mix purpose flour , cloves, cinnamon and raisins in large blow of electri mixer. Add carrot mixture and yogourt and beat on low speed for 30 seconds and on high for 2 minutes or until the batter is thick and smooth.

Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes until just done.

Cool in the pan on a rack for 120-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
